welcome to Casa de Mylrea! this beautiful home is filled with lots of characters and love. Mindy and Bruce have three children. and by three children, i mean three boys between the age of 18 and 25 who act more like they're 16ish. Darcy is dating the middle son christopher, who his father refers to as 'man-boy.' (lmao) Darcy typically lives in LA, but is in Santa Cruz to help the family out with a fitness convention. Mindy is a well known fitness instructor who sells dvds. she is currently filming a set of dvds for what else, weight loss. although the dvds are mostly comprised of workouts, there is a section on healthy eating. that portion of the video is to be shot in their own kitchen at home. here are some shots from the... shoot....

Mindy is the cuttest thing ever. she is currently doing a workout program for 30 ladies, it's a six week plan and they are just about half way done. sonya, in the blue, is one of mindy's 'back-up babes'

the Mylrea's are a GREAT family. i thought staying with them for a week could be potentially awkward- turns out, it's been a total blast. the house is always filled with people because mindy and bruce are so inviting. i love the fact that one of my bffs found such a good adopted family to be a part of!!
